My absolute favorite!
I did not receive the bracelet I ordered so I contacted Customer Service. They responded and explained that it was lost due to Hurricane Helene. They offered a full refund or to reorder at no additional charge. I chose the refund as there was another hurricane predicted and I was afraid of the new order being lost as well. I was notified that the refund was issued.
