I did not receive the bracelet I ordered so I contacted Customer Service. They responded and explained that it was lost due to Hurricane Helene. They offered a full refund or to reorder at no additional charge. I chose the refund as there was another hurricane predicted and I was afraid of the new order being lost as well. I was notified that the refund was issued.

I accidentally ordered three instead of one because I forgot I had already added two to the cart. I emailed them, and they responded within an hour, canceling the two extra orders. I received the bracelet today, and it looks really good. It is clear that this company cares about its customers and is not just focused on making money, which is not common in today’s world.
